Fashion has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Long before I became a designer or stylist, I was helping my mom put together outfits and developing a fascination with how clothing can transform the way someone feels.

 

That passion led me to earn a BFA in Fashion Design from Savannah College of Art and Design and build a career spanning more than 15 years in the fashion industry. From working in a garment factory in Bangladesh to designing for major brands in New York City and Charleston, I gained firsthand experience in every stage of the apparel process, from concept and design to fit, production, and merchandising.

 

While I loved the creative side of fashion design, I found myself most energized by helping real people feel confident in what they wear. That's what inspired me to create Styled By Lys.

 

Today, I work with men and women to build wardrobes that feel effortless, versatile, and personal to their lifestyle. My approach combines industry expertise with practical solutions, helping clients shop with intention, maximize what they already own, and feel confident getting dressed every day.
